1999 presenterade Puma skomodellen SpeedCat Sparco som var inspirerad av motorsport. Nu 20 år senare uppdaterar man denna och har låtit sig inspireras av racerboots som professionella F1-förare har på sig idag när de kör. Skorna är i mocka med PU-detaljer i svart, rött och vitt. Ska finnas i butik nu och för ett par får man betala från 100 dollar.

Sports company PUMA once again blends together the fast-paced style of the F1 track and its sports-centric design approach, as the iconic Speedcat OG Sparco returns in a refreshed Ribbon Red-Puma White colorway.

Driven by passion, the classic Speedcat Sparco was introduced in 1999 and defined motorsports-inspired fashion. Since then, PUMA has not taken its foot off the gas and 20 years after its debut, the shoe is back. While it remains loyal to its original design, it has been refreshed for a new generation of motorsports enthusiasts and streetwear aficionados.

Based on the performance boots worn by professional F1 drivers, the shoe has been tuned to bring the hustle and roar of the race to the streets in a chic manner. Brought to life with suede materials and a PU sockliner, the Speedcat OG Sparco lives up to its motorsports origins with a rounded driver’s heel and a Sparco embroidered badge on the tongue. Securing pole position, the Speedcat OG Sparco colored in Ribbon Red-Puma White drops globally on October 31.
